2. Technical indicators:
Viscosity: 30-60S/25℃ (4# paint cup)
VOC (volatile organic gas) ≤0.01mg/m³
Fineness≤20
PH value: 6.5-7.5
Whether it meets environmental protection requirements: Yes
Ink stability: stable, clear printing effect
3. How to use:
1. This ink is a two-component ink. When printing, mix component A and component B at a ratio of 1:1 before using it. How much is used to prepare the ink, the ink should be used up as soon as possible after opening, so as not to affect the ink quality.
2. Use 200 mesh water-based screen printing. The ink’s additive is pure water, and the proportion depends on the ink’s thinness. Add as little as possible (reference ratio: 5-10%)
Four, matters needing attention:
1. The ink is a highly sensitive heat-sensitive ink. The PH value directly affects the discoloration effect of the ink. Both acid and alkali will cause the color of the ink to fade. Please try to choose a neutral environment when printing; When adding pure water as a diluent, the pH of the water needs to be tested, and the pH should be controlled between 6.5-7.5 as much as possible.
2. A humid environment will cause the hair color to be discolored. It is recommended to choose a dry environment for storage.
3. Do not expose to the sun, as strong light will quickly fade the color.
