The making method of luminous paint

Luminous paint is made of luminous pigment, organic resin, organic solvent and auxiliary agent through a series of processes. Each component determines the performance of the luminous paint, and its selection criteria are important.

2. Choice of luminescent pigments: the luminescent pigments produced by our company are graded as B, C, D, E and F according to particle size, which can be used for paint in a broad sense. However, due to the limitation of other characteristics of oil paint, the particle size applied to paint should be small.

4. Amount of luminescent pigment: the amount of luminescent pigment can be selected according to the required luminescent brightness and time. The recommended proportion is 15-50% (weight ratio) and 30% is an ideal proportion.

5. Preparation of luminous paint a) selection of containers: glass, ceramic, enamel lining and plastic containers are selected. B) production process: luminescent pigment shall not be ground, and luminescent paint shall not be prepared by three-roller grinder or grinder, and only by high-speed dispersing machine or mixer.
