Practice of polyester strontium aluminate long afterglow fluorescent coating
Raw material:
unsaturated polyester resin
Strontium aluminate phosphor
Other additives
solvent
accelerating agent
solidifying agent
[Preparation method] Fluorescent powder, solvent and other additives are added to unsaturated polyester resin according to a certain proportion, which is stirred evenly for later use, and curing agent is added according to a certain proportion when the film is formed.
[Characteristics ] The coating has high fluorescence efficiency and long aging, and has the advantages of good adhesion, high shear strength and so on.
(1) The brightness of unsaturated polyester resin coating increases with the increase of phosphor content. When the phosphor content reaches 15%, the brightness of the coating basically does not change, and the time decay constants of the two coatings increase with the increase of phosphor content, and the relationship is basically linear. When the brightness reaches equilibrium, the time decay constants also reach equilibrium.
(2) With the addition of long afterglow phosphor, the viscosity of unsaturated polyester resin increased, and the more phosphor added, the greater the viscosity increase.
(3) After adding phosphor, the surface hardness of the coating increased and the water absorption decreased.
[Application] This product is mainly used for road fluorescent signs.
