Preparation of Epoxy Modified Alkyd Luminous Coatings
Preparation method:
(1) Preparation of luminescent materials. According to the molar ratio of Sr, Al, Pu and Dy of 1∶2∶0.02∶0.02, accurately weigh Sr (NO3), AI (NO) 3.9h, 0, Eug05, Dy203, NHHCO3,(NH),CO and flux BO, with appropriate amount. Dissolve Eu,03 and Dy,03 in HNO. Preparing a mixed solution A of Eu3 * and Dy3 *; Then Sr(NO3)3 and Ali (NO3) 3.9h, 0 are dissolved together in distilled water to prepare solution B; Then, the solution A and the solution B are mixed to dissolve human glucose to obtain a sugar solution C; Finally, NH,HCO, and (NH): Co. Dissolve in distilled water at the same time, and ensure that NHHCO and (NH ):CO are saturated in the solution to prepare mixed ammonium salt saturated solution D. Slowly dropping the sugar solution C into the saturated solution D of mixed ammonium salt, stirring vigorously, aging for 24h after the reaction, filtering, washing and drying to obtain the precursor of luminescent powder. Put the right amount of H,BO. Adding a flux into the prepared luminescent powder precursor, fully mixing, adding Al, uniformly mixing the 03 powder, placing in a high-temperature furnace in a reducing atmosphere (1.5% H, ,98.5% N), raising the temperature to 1250-1300℃ at a heating rate of 10-15℃/min, keeping the temperature for 2h, and cooling with the furnace to obtain SrAl.
(2) Preparation of luminescent coatings. Dilute the epoxy modified alkyd resin with xylene until the viscosity (ISO cup) is about 40s, add the above luminescent materials while stirring, keep the temperature at 40~50℃ for 5min, then add human additives, colored pigments and fillers, fully stir, add human dispersant, leveling agent, anti-skinning agent and thickener, and sand grind to obtain the finished product.
Features:
The epoxy modified alkyd resin is selected as the film-forming material, which not only maintains the excellent properties of alkyd resin, such as paint dryness, gloss, durability, flexibility, hardness and good solubility, but also has excellent adhesion, salt spray resistance and self-drying of epoxy resin, which can ensure that the film still has excellent solvent resistance and chemical resistance after more than ten hours. Add SrAl,0; : Dy3*,Eu3* yellow-green long afterglow photoluminescence powder is a high-quality luminescent coating with long service life, good luminescent performance, strong afterglow brightness and long afterglow time.
