Recommendation for phosphorescent injection molding model
Avoid exposure of products to strong acids and or heavy metal compounds because they will react with luminescent components and will destroy this phosphorescence. Keep the moisture content of the product to a minimum. The moisture content should be no more than 00.05 to 0.10%. The minimum drying time should be 2 to 4 hours at 180.H (Fahrenheit) 82.22C in a dehumidifier or jumper dryer. It is suggested that the dew point of -20.H (Fahrenheit) should be reached for the phosphorescence of inlet air, and the main batch or composite materials containing bright pigments must be fully dried. Use the smallest injection molding machine or barrel size in order to reduce the minimum living time. A screw with a maximum compression ratio of 2.5:1 is recommended. The ingenious use of a free-flowing screw is highly recommended in order to minimize the effect of all scissors on products that may devalue this phosphorescence. For the use of large nozzles and doors, the circular runner has no sharp wheels and is recommended to minimize shearing. In order to deal with phosphorescent compounds, it is the best to use machinery, such as plunger-type blank injection model machine or the only screw extender, to ensure the exquisite handling of phosphorescent materials. The machine manufacturer’s specifications are the temperature and injection speed problems and or problems to be handled. Using the least possible amount of back pressure in order to preserve this phosphorescence, the mold surface and barrel temperature should be set at the end of the preferred ring recommended as the basic resin. Know that the crystal that produces phosphorescence in this product is highly abrasive and may be rubbed with screws and or wooden barrels. Carefully clean and wash this barrel before use. Pay attention to this washing and wiping before running, which will actually lead to a darker brown green. Only by adhering to the recommended parameters and thorough cleaning procedures can we ensure that the color of the synthesized part conforms to the original phosphorescent compound.
